Payment Methods

BOOKING

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit, deductible from the total cost of the stay, equal to 30% of the total amount for stays of 3 or more days; for stays of less than 3 days, the deposit is equal to the first night of the stay.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Full refund of the deposit in case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Partial refund (50%) of the deposit in case of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
• No refund of the deposit in case of cancellation within the last 15 days prior to arrival.

Check-in and Check-out

Rooms will be available from 2pm to 6pm and must be vacated by 10am.

Please contact the property for arrivals outside these hours.

Our property offers a free luggage storage service if required.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us by telephone 20 minutes before arriving at Alemar in case we are not present at the facility upon your arrival.
